I do not have WiFi. Can this camera still work without WiFi?
Yes, security camera system can work without network, plug and play for local view through a monitor/TV. But if you need remote through a smart phone device, you need plug Ethernet cable.
Does the nvr come with a pre-installed hard drive? If not, What size should I buy?
Yes, it contains the internal hard drive 2TB. The NVR supports 3.5" Seagate/WD 6TB security hard drive, pls note if the hard drive is 3-6TB, it may need change an adapter for the NVR( 12V 3A or 5A),12v 2A adapter may be underpowered to drive the bigger HDD.
Security camera system is powered by plug or battery?
