Note: This DVR is recommended to be used with Evtevision 4-in-1 cameras for an enhanced user experience.
(1). A hard drive is NOT INCLUDED. You must separately purchase one with a capacity of your choice up to 8TB in size. We recommend using surveillance hard drive only. Other types of hard drives may cause your DVR to stutter, skip, freeze and will prematurely fail due to constant writing conditions.
(2). This Security DVR supports 5MP AHD(@12.5fps cameras), 2MP HD-CVI/HD-TVI and 960H CVBS Camera, when use with CVBS analog camera, the resolution is only 960H, not 5MP Lite.
(3). This Security DVR supports hybrid mode, which means you can use Analog camera and IP camera together, but you need to adjust the channel type to hybrid mode first. The default is DVR mode which support HD analog camera only.
(4). This is a hard-wired security dvr, it could not connect any wireless cameras.
(5). If you want to remote viewing on phone, you would need to connect the internet to the dvr.
Hard Drive Not Included: This system does not include cameras or a hard drive. For recording, you will need to install a 3.5-inch SATA hard drive

Why my camera did not compatible with this DVR?
This DVR allows you to connect up to 8pcs 720P/1080P/12.5fps 5MP AHD and TVI,720P/1080P CVI,960H CVBS analog cameras. It is Not compatible with WiFi camera and SDI camera. Please check if your camera is compatible with our DVR first before purchase.

What should I do before adding the system to the APP?
Before you add the system to the APP, please make your system is connected to the internet, it needs to use an Ethernet cable to connect it to the router.

I forgot the DVR admin password, what do i do?
Please contact technical person for reset the password.
