The Soliom 4G cellular security camera is always on and always ready.
1. The cellular SIM card in the package is provided for free, it contains 100M cellular data with a limited due date within 30 days after you activate it. If your area cannot find a good signal with the SIM card, please buy other SIM cards at T mobile, Verizon, or AT&T.

3.Network Operator: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon.
4.The camera is suitable to use in the North American areas (US, Mexico, Canada). Other countries are not compatible.
