Yes, The camera works worldwide. In the U.S., you can use the pre-installed SIM card that comes with it. For other countries, simply insert a local prepaid SIM card.

We recommend using the included SIM card and subscribing to a monthly plan through the UBox app. If you're using your own SIM card, you'll need to purchase a data plan from your carrier separately.
Why did my camera go offline after testing?
The camera comes with 300MB of free test data. Once it runs out, the camera will offlines. To prevent this, recharge your data plan via the UBox app before the test data expires.
I paid for a plan, but my camera is still offline. What should I do?
1.Confirm that you subscribed to a cellular data plan, not a cloud storage plan (the data plan is for 4G connection, while the cloud plan stores recordings).
2. If your data ran out before charging, restart the camera to reactivate the connection.
Why can't I add my 4G cellular security camera?
1.Make sure the camera is in an area with a strong 4G signal. The indicator light should stay solid blue when it's online.
2.Try restarting or resetting the camera. If the issue persists, contact--us through the UBox app for live chat support.
