Can I use the camera in other countries, and can I use my own SIM Card or Connect to WiFi?
No, it can only work in the United States, and it only works with the SIM card coming with the camera in default, contact-us to upgrade the camera if you do want to use your SIM card.
This 4G camera can not work with WiFi.
I have paid a plan, but the camera is not back to be online.
Please make sure you have paid the celluLar data plan, not cloud storage plan, data plan is for connecting to the internet, cloud storage is for saving recordings. And you have to restart the camera to active the SIM card if the data runs out before.

1, It is not allowed to add the camera to UBox app when the camera is not in USA
2, When the data runs out, the camera will be offline, if you have deleted the camera, you can contact-us to get a charging link, and activate it as a brand new camera.
