Yes, NexusLab heavy lock supports recharging. It has a battery capacity of 500 mAh, and can last up to one year on standby when fully charged. For recharging, it takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery from empty.
What happens if the battery dies while it is locked? Will I be locked out?
You will receive low-battery alerts beforehand. If the battery fully drains, you won't be permanently locked out: use one of the two backup keys, or connect a power bank via USBC for an emergency charge to reactivate the fingerprint scanner.
