This wireless solar driveway alarm system alerts you when its weather resistant sensor detects motion from people, vehicles or animals that cross its path. Monitor/protect your outdoor/indoor property all day and night.
The motion sensor is powered by a battery, which is charged through the existing solar panel. So, there is no need to be continually replacing the battery. It can also be charged through a USB-C cable.
The system can wirelessly transmit alerts between the motion sensor and the receiver from up to a half a mile in an open space without any obstacles. The wireless transmission distance maybe reduces due to obstacles such as environment, trees and metals in actual use.The motion detection sensitivity range can be set as low as 20 feet and as high as 30 feet in distance.
This is a fully expandable security alarm system. One receiver can add up to 16 sensors and one sensor can also be connected to multiple receivers. As you can see, this system can fully cover your familys property protection needs.
The receiver is built-in a large capacity rechargeable battery, which can be used continuously for a month when fully charged once. Unlike other products using AA batteries that require frequent battery replacement, this makes it very portable and easy to use.
The receiver comes with a USB Type-C charging cable (excluding a 5V adapter). You can use your phone adapter or the USB port on your computer to charge it.
The receiver has built-in 38 chimes to choose from for the different usage scenarios, the different chimes for each motion sensors around your property, making it easy to distinguish which area's motion sensor is being triggered.
When the receiver is turned on, double-click the Power button to change between arm and disarm modes
Arm mode: The power indicator light is flashing green; the audible alarm and the zone indicator light flash are carried out simultaneously when motion sensor is triggered.
Disarm mode: The power indicator light is flashing orange, the sound alarm will be muted, and only the zone indicator light will flash when the motion sensor is triggered.
The maximum sound level of the receiver is 100dB.
This receiver has a 3.5mm audio output port.
If you don't want to disturb others, you can connect it to headphones.
If you feel the sound level is too low, you can connect an external amplifier to amplify the sound.
ALARM OFF: The motion senor alarm is off. (Default mode).
SOUND & LIGHT: The motion sensor gives an audible sound and visual indication at the same time.
SOUND: The motion sensor only provides an audible alarm.
LIGHT: The motion sensor only displays a light prompt.
Press the (Mode) button to change the alert modes of the motion sensor.
Press and hold the (Mode) button for 3 seconds to change the alarm volume with high and low for motion sensor. The default volume of motion sensor is high.
Note: Regardless of which mode the sensor is in, it will still be connected to the receiver.
The sensitivity of infrared pyroelectric sensors in detecting moving objects is closely related to the direction of object motion. It is least sensitive to radial motion response, but most sensitive to lateral (i.e. perpendicular to the radius) motion. Therefore, the best detection direction of the motion sensor needs to be perpendicular to the direction of object motion. The recommended installation height is 4 feet.
Detection angle of motion sensor is 45° for the horizontal direction.
The motion sensor can detect moving objects within a maximum range of 40 feet in the actual testing. You can short press the Power button(O) to change the detection sensitivity between low and high. (Low=20 feet/High=30 feet)..
