Is the watch charger on the OntheGo 3-in-1 Charger compatible with my Samsung Watch? Unfortunately, the watch charger module was designed specifically for the Apple Watch series and will not be compatible with other smartwatches.
Can you charge devices (phone, earbuds) with cases on them? We suggest using MagSafe or Qi2-compatible cases for your phone. Please avoid metal cases or any cases thicker than 2.5 mm for the wireless earbud charger, as they might affect charging performance.
Will the OntheGo 3-in-1 Charger supports devices equipped with Qi technology and not Qi2? Yes, but the charging speeds will be limited to the capabilities of the host device. For Android, its 10W, while for iPhone, its 7.5W.
Does it work with Android devices? Yes, as long as your Android device supports Qi or Qi2 wireless charging and uses a compatible magnetic case or adapter ring.
Can I use my MacBook Power adapter on the OntheGo 3-in-1 Charger? Yes. You can use any USB-C power adapter on the charger. We recommend at least a 36W or higher power adapter.
