How to use the video function continuously? When the mobile app activates the video feed, it will display a prompt every 20 seconds to maintain the connection. Simply confirm to keep the video function active.

Why is the connection to the APP unsuccessful? First, set an administrator password. You can pair the device with the app once Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled on your phone.
Note: Only 2.4GH z WiFi networks are supported.
How to unlock the door with mobile app? In general, the door lock is in sleep mode to reduce power consumption.
Please press the "doorbell button", the door lock will wake up, and the mobile app will remind you to turn on the video and unlock it.
