1. The flash trigger doesn't work?

Please check if the flash trigger is in bad contact with your camera (Some brands of models are not compatible). Reinstall, clamp hot shoe again. Please press the test button to check if it can trigger correctly. Please check it's instanlled the batteries or not.

2. The receiver can't receive the signal or have no response?

Please check it it's set up the same channel between the transmitter and receiver.
Please check if you take out the transparent plastic on the transmitter.

3. The photo had a black edge when I synced the flash?

This is because the flash is not fully synchronized to cause the black edge of the photo. Please check the setting of the channel.

4. This flash trigger is compatible with Canon, Sony, Nikon Camera?

Universial flash trigger, but please make sure your camera has the standard electrical contacts. Cold shoe camera is not compatible with this trigger.
It's only compatible with Sony cameras which have the MI hot shoe cameras.

5. Trigger won't synchronize with my flash lights?

CT16 flash trigger doesn't support TTL function. The package comes with 2 adapter ( 3.5 mm/ 6.35 mm) and sync c, it can compatible with the majority of studio flashes.
6. I only receivered transmitter or receiver?
