It is made of ABS and rubber.
Weighs only 278g / 9.8 oz.
Connect to camera through a 1/4"-20 screw.
Also with a 1/4"-20 hole at bottom for mounting on a tripod ball head or elsewhere.
Multiple buttons available
Most buttons of the camera are also available on the battery grip: shutter button, AF-ON button, multi-function button, main dial etc. This would be very convenient for your working especially when shooting vertically.
It can hold up to 2 batteries of LP-E6 LP-E6NH LP-E6N at the same time, and this would greatly extend your camera working time.
Connecting to camera through a 1/4"-20 screw. (please take off your battery lid before installation)
