SPECS & APPLICATION: This SUNGATOR pex washing machine outlet box is equipped stainless steel hammer arrestors, which prevents pipes from shaking and pounding to reduce noises produced by washing machines. The box allows for inverted installation and provides solutions for a range of residential washing machine applications. It features a recessed design and a snap on frame which accommodates to drywall.
SAFE TO USE: SUNGATOR pex washing machine outlet box conforms to American standards; meets UPC and NSF requirements. The shut off valves are made of premium brass, which is safe for water distribution.
LONG LASTING: The shut off valves of pex laundry outlet box are forged from solid C46500 brass that delivers high corrosion and abrasion resistance percentage, applying to the naval industry (with all its strict requirements) and have been proven to be reliable, it would be quite abnormal for them to fail in regular residential settings. It is excellent for pipe fitting system as it can withstand long period of wear and tear.
PIPE COMPATIBILITY: This washing machine outlet box is compatible with crimp pex fitting system, NOT compatible with expanding fitting system. The box is equipped with 1/4-turn hot and cold shut off valves; the inlets of pex washing machine box work well with 1/2 inch PEX pipes; the outlets fit well with 3/4 inch MHT washing machine hoses. It features both central and side drains, which is good for washing machine to drain off water.
