What if my walkie talkie isn't working?
Reset Your Walkie Talkie
- Remove and reinsert the batteries.
- Turn it on, then press and hold POWER to shut it down.
- While off, press and hold PTT + MENU, then press POWER to turn it back on.
- When CH 01 appears, the reset is complete.
What if I hear someone else's conversation?
Don’t worry — this is normal. Walkie talkies on the same channel and within range can communicate with each other. To avoid interference, simply switch to a different channel or use privacy codes (CTCSS/DCS).
How to adjust the volume?
- Turn on the walkie talkie.
- Press the UP or DOWN button to increase or decrease the volume.
- You’ll see the volume level on the screen as you adjust. Tip: There are 8 volume levels to choose from.
