How does the 360° spin stand work?
Yes. CASEKOO’s patented MagicStand uses a 360° rotating base and multi-angle ring to support portrait and landscape viewing. An aircraft-grade aluminum 4-way auto-locking structure and high-carbon steel hinge help keep your chosen angle firm for FaceTime, meetings, streaming, hands-free photos, or viewing from higher and lower surfaces. It has completed 50,000+ opening-and-closing cycles with zero functional failures in CASEKOO lab testing. When not in use, it folds seamlessly into the back panel with no bulky protrusion and also doubles as a secure ring grip.
Does it work with MagSafe chargers?
Yes. The CASEKOO case works with compatible MagSafe chargers and magnetic accessories. Its MagPrime Array combines Halbach technology with premium N52 neodymium magnets for strong, precise alignment, helping chargers, wallets, power banks, and car mounts stay securely connected with less shifting. The magnetic system also supports compatible Qi chargers with magnetic alignment. Tesla-specific car mounts are excluded from CASEKOO’s stated compatibility, and the case can stay on when switching between charging and magnetic accessories.
Is it compatible with wireless charging?
Yes. You can wirelessly charge your iPhone 18 Pro Max without removing the case. The MagPrime Array uses Halbach technology and premium N52 magnets to keep compatible magnetic chargers precisely aligned, helping reduce misalignment, power loss, and unnecessary heat buildup for a more stable charging experience. Because the stand and magnetic system are integrated into the case, you can move between hands-free viewing, ring-grip use, and charging without removing a separate stand or ring.
Is the stand stable?
Yes. The MagicStand is engineered to stay stable at your chosen angle during everyday use. Its aircraft-grade aluminum 4-way auto-locking structure and high-carbon steel hinge help reduce unwanted movement during FaceTime, meetings, streaming, reading, or hands-free photos. The stand has completed 50,000+ opening-and-closing cycles with zero functional failures in CASEKOO lab testing, helping it remain firm and dependable use after use.
Does the frosted back show fingerprints?
The frosted matte back is designed to stay cleaner during everyday use. A premium oleophobic coating sourced from Germany helps resist visible fingerprints, smudges, and everyday oils, so the surface needs less frequent wiping. The matte treatment also keeps the finish more understated than a glossy back while preserving the layered Burgundy appearance. Like any case, it can still collect marks over time, but the coating is designed to make routine cleaning easier.
Can the stand be used vertically and horizontally?
Yes. The 360° MagicStand supports both portrait and landscape viewing. Use it vertically for FaceTime, meetings, reading, or checking messages, and horizontally for movies, shows, or travel entertainment. The rotating base and multi-angle ring let you fine-tune the viewing position on higher or lower surfaces. When not in use, the stand folds seamlessly into the back panel with no bulky protrusion for a smooth, comfortable feel in hand.
Does the stand add much bulk?
No. The built-in MagicStand is designed to add stand and ring-grip functionality without the bulky feel of a separate kickstand. When not in use, the metal stand folds seamlessly into the back panel and sits nearly flush, leaving no noticeable protrusion. The integrated design combines a 360° stand, ring grip, magnetic function, and 18FT drop protection in one case, giving you more everyday functionality without carrying separate accessories.
How strong is the magnetic hold?
The CASEKOO case uses MagPrime Array technology with a Halbach design and premium N52 neodymium magnets to create a strong, focused magnetic connection. Precise alignment helps compatible chargers, wallets, power banks, and car mounts stay securely attached with less shifting during everyday use. The magnetic system is designed to provide a stable connection across charging, commuting, navigation, and travel without adding a separate magnetic plate.
Can I still use Camera Control easily with the case on?
Yes. The case uses a precise open-cutout design around Camera Control, allowing direct access to the phone’s original control without adding a separate covered button layer. The opening is designed to keep Camera Control unobstructed and easy to reach while the case remains securely fitted around the phone.
Does MagSafe charging work with the stand?
Yes. The MagicStand and magnetic charging system are integrated into the same case, so you can use compatible MagSafe charging without removing a separate stand or ring. When not in use, the MagicStand folds back into the rear panel, while the MagPrime Array helps maintain precise magnetic alignment. This lets you move easily between hands-free viewing, ring-grip use, power banks, car mounts, and wireless charging with the same case.
How well does the case protect against drops?
The CASEKOO case is engineered for 18FT military-grade drop protection and meets MIL-STD-810H, Method 516.8 testing. Full-coverage shock-absorbing airpads help disperse impact beyond the corners and provide 2X shock absorption versus the previous four-corner design. A semi-cover lens guard, 2.5mm raised camera border, and 1.5mm screen bezel help protect key impact areas, while the textured side frame adds a secure, controlled grip.
