Note: The 8-pin end and the 8-pin (6+2) male connectors are not interchangeable. This cable is intended solely for graphics video cards and is not suitable for motherboards. The 8-pin (6+2) end can function as a 6-pin or 8-pin connector by sliding the 2-pin section on or off.
