As long as it receives power from the Android car stereo via USB, it will begin recording automatically when you start the engine. Even if the "DVR CAM" app is not active, the automatic recording function will not be impacted or interrupted. Important videos can be locked to prevent deletion by recurring recording. You can press the "take photo" button to let the camera capture a picture. Additionally, this camera contains an internal microphone and permits users to disable it if needed.
