Operation Description: A. When overvoltage occurs (>135Vac), the High Voltage red light illuminates and the device deactivates the output. B. When undervoltage occurs (<90Vac), the Low Voltage red light illuminates and the device deactivates the output. C. During the waiting delay interval, the Normal Voltage green light flashes and the device output is off. D. Under normal conditions, the Normal Voltage green light stays constant and the device outputs voltage normally. Three delay protection time options are provided: 3min, 5min, and 7min. After a voltage fluctuation when power returns to normal, press the Delay Time button to choose the desired delay. This verifies voltage stability prior to automatic reconnection, preventing appliances from cycling on and off repeatedly during fluctuations and shielding them from the significant surge typically encountered when power is restored after an outage.
