13S 14S 15S 16S 17S 5A Active Equalizer Balancer Battery Energy Transfer LFP Lifepo4 Lithium Li-ion Lipo/Titanate LTO Battery, Active Equalization Module, Whole Group Balancer, Capacitor Balancing

    • Usage Tips: The voltage gap of each battery must be kept within 0.5V. When the battery voltage difference is less than 0.1V, the light on the balance board may trigger incorrectly. The light actually carries no balance current when it turns on, and it will go out automatically after a short period. Therefore, we recommend re-plugging the cable to resolve the issue. Please note that equalizing the voltage takes time; some heat is normal, and the effect is not immediate after plugging in. Working Voltage: 1.8V-4.5V, suitable for NCM Ternary polymer lithium battery (Li-ion), lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4), and lithium titanate battery (LTO). This helps prevent many products from being discarded or wasted. Working Principle: Flying capacitor transfer charge transporter. The balancer board connects to the battery to begin balancing, using original brand-new ultra-low internal resistance MOS and a 2OZ copper thickness PCB. Balance current: 0-5.5A. The more balanced the battery current becomes, the smaller it gets. A reserved dormant switch wiring position is included; the dormant power-off mode working current is under 0.1mA, and the balance voltage accuracy is within 5mV. The quiescent current is roughly 7mA, and the recommended battery capacity per balancer is between 30-300AH. High-capacity batteries can be paired with multiple equalizers in parallel. With under-voltage sleep protection, only the B1 battery voltage is monitored; the equalizer will automatically stop

Working Principle: Flying capacitor transfer charge transporter. The balancer board connects to the battery to begin balancing, using original brand-new ultra-low internal resistance MOS and a 2OZ copper thickness PCB.

With under-voltage sleep protection, only the B1 battery voltage is monitored; the equalizer will automatically stop and enter sleep mode when the B1 voltage is NCM/LFP< 2.7V or LTO< 1.8V, with standby power consumption below 0.1 mA.
NOTE: Before connecting the balance cable to the balance board, always verify that each section of the battery pack is wired correctly, and insulate the bottom of the board and the battery string connection terminals properly. Otherwise, a short circuit may occur and burn the board.
Tips: This balancer board is backward compatible by default. For instance, when used for 16S, the last line B17+ is left empty; for 15S, B17+ and B16+ are left vacant with no wiring
