SPECIAL FORMULA: Aliphatic wood glue helps create an airtight seal between all MDF parts. Each 12 inch subwoofer box receives a second application of glue around all internal joints after final assembly.
HIGH GRADE MDF: Built from durable 3/4" thick MDF for solid frequency response and accurate music reproduction. A CNC miter helps provide an airtight fit for powered subwoofers. The dado design and construction provide a precision fit for car subwoofer boxes and enclosures, helping create a rattle- and noise-free environment.
AIRTIGHT RECESSED SIDE PANELS: Aliphatic resin wood glue and brad nails from a pneumatic nail gun are used to secure MDF parts during the glue-drying process, creating an airtight, no-leak, no-rattle air chamber to improve the overall sound quality of your sound system.
