I want to build with this motherboard and a Phanteks Enthoo ITX with a Corsair 100i GTX and G.Skill Trident Z RAM. Will I have enough room? Will the cooler be in the way? Will the daughter board (power delivery card) be in the way?

While you do have a different case, I can say that this cooler  
     CORSAIR Hydro Series H75 CW-9060015-WW Water / Liquid CPU Cooler 120 MM and this
     PSU CORSAIR CS-M Series CS750M 750W 80 PLUS GOLD Active PFC Haswell Ready ATX12V & EPS12V works perfectly and I never have any space or heat issues and easily overclock about 18%.

Sorry to say it was a bit of trial and error due to the lack of good manufacture measurements, either from the Case, Cooler or PSU suppliers.

The Power Deliver Board is able to be mounted as you can find a spot for it... mine I just shared a screw point on the case where my SSDs are set.

I also had no issue mounting the cooler base plate to the CPU and having clearance with other components since the pipes do rotate and you can rotate the plate to either side of the CPU.  I went with the intake and output tubes running up the back of the board by the USB stack.

As others have already said, you'll need a U.2 connector ? M.2 port adapter for this.

M.2 connector ? U.2 port adapters are apparently ubiquitous it seems, but I've only come across one capable of the inverse.

Naturally, it was sold out of course.

Is Sound card removable?

Yes, you can remove it if you like but I have never taken mine off. I don't know what that will do to the sound since that is where the all the sound components are on the board. You can get HDMI sound but I don't know if it works without the sound card.

Yes, it will work just fine. I have the H60 on mine, and there is no difference between the two but the radiator size. Just make sure your case can fit it.

can this support 64gb ram (4 sticks)? i checked the qualified vendor's list and it says that it supports 64gb of ram with 4 sticks but onli have 2 slot, how can this be possible?

I'm looking at my board now - there is only 2 Dimm slots  for ram.  Looking at the specs on the ASUS site they only claim 2 as well (as pictured).

"DDR4 4133+ MHz(OC)  2 DIMM Dual Channel,  XMP Support"

Maybe you were looking at the "4 x USB 3.0" or "4 x SATA 6Gb/s port"

The specifications say there is 1 x M.2 socket pre-installed with a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module.   Has anyone tried to remove the wifi module to use a M.2 SSD?   Did it work?
