Is the arm smooth to move?
It's normally slightly stiff thus the TV weight won't move the TV from position easily. Please install the wall mount onto wall before moving the arms, and add some WD40 on the arm joints which will slowly smoothen the movement overtime as being use.
How to request concrete anchors
The concrete anchors are only for concrete/brick wall. To prevent incorrect installation onto wood studs, they're not included in the package. Please kindly let us know via message and they'll be sent ASAP.
