Is the arm smooth to move?
It's slightly stiff thus the TV weight won't move the TV from position easily. Please install the wall mount onto wall before moving the arms, and add some WD-40 on the arm joints which will slowly smoothen the movement overtime as being use.
How to request concrete anchors
The concrete anchors are only for concrete/brick wall. To prevent incorrect installation onto wood studs, they're not included in the package. Please kindly let us know via message and they'll be sent ASAP.
What if the bracket blocks the TV's cable ports?
If the bracket blocks any ports, please use the included spacers and longer screws to make enough room for the cables.
