    * Please follow below steps.
    1) Use a brush and compressed air to blow away any dust from the PCIe slot used to install the video card.
    2) Make sure the PCIe slot is working and your GPU is fully seated in the PCIe slot.

    What to do after installing 391.35 driver for SRhonyra GT 730 4GB video card if your PC has an integrated graphics?
    Then follow below steps to get BIOS to default to external graphic after graphics card installed:
    1) Restart your computer and press the BIOS key (usually F2 or Delete) repeatedly as soon as the computer starts up.
    2) Once in the BIOS, navigate to the Advanced or Settings menu.
    3) Look for the option to change the primary graphics card.
    4) Select the dedicated graphics card as the primary graphics card.
    5) Save your changes and exit the BIOS.

    Follow below steps to check your current
    GPU driver version:
    1) Within Device Manager, search for the Display adapters dropdown and click it to find out the discreet GT 730 graphics card installed.
    2) Within Device Manager, right-click your listed GPU and click Properties.

    Problem 1: both HDMI ports don't work at the same time
    Root Reason: Did not install correct driver version
    Solution: Download DDU, and use it to uninstall current driver for GT 730 4GB video card. After PC restart, seach driver 391.35 and download it, reinstall driver 391.35 for SRhonyra GT 730 4GB video card.

    Problem 2: Item didn't fit customer's system
    That means no display comes out of the graphis card.
    Root reasons: 1) Did not clean the PCIe slot for video card 2) PCIe slot is bad 3) Did not enable CSM support
    Solution:
    1) Use a brush and compressed air to clean the PCIe slot
    2) Use another video card to check whether the PCIe slot is woking or not
    3) Restart your PC, enter BIOS settings, enable CSM support. Save and exit.
