How do I refresh this printer?

I suspect you mean Factory reset. From the home screen on the control panel of the printer swipe down and open the dashboard. Then press the setup icon. Then press Restore factory default. Wait a while before restoring factory default and restarting the printer. Read the response setup and configure the printer.
