The kit is equipped with a robust set of four threaded adapter rings (67-95mm/72-95mm/77-95mm/82-95mm), ensuring compatibility with a wide range of circular filters such as VND, GND, CPL, and common DSLR and 95mm cine lenses.

For those requiring additional flexibility, an optional Adapter Rings Kit (52-95mm/55-95mm/58-95mm/62-95mm/86-95mm) 3383 is available to extend the range of compatible lenses. Included in the kit is a high-quality filter frame (4x 5.65" ) with an aluminum alloy construction and an innovative anti-off design, allowing for quick, fingerprint-free installation. For those utilizing 4x4" filters, the Filter Frame 3648 is available for purchase, while the Filter Frame Kit (4x 5.65" ) 3649 or VND Filter Kit 3651 can be acquired to hold multiple slide-in filters simultaneously in complex shooting environments. The SmallRig matte box supports ultra-wide angle shots with focal lengths of 14mm or greater, thanks to its formfitting filter system.

The lens hood, featuring a magnetic installation and quick release design, simplifies the process of adjusting to different shooting conditions. The carbon fiber top flag can be opened up to 180 degrees for additional light control. Please note that this matte box is incompatible with 2mm thick, 100 x 100mm, and 100 x 150mm slide-in filters. It cannot hold slide-in and circular filters simultaneously and is not compatible with circular filters with an outside diameter larger than 100mm. When using the Filter Frame (4x4") 3648 or the VND Filter Kit 3651, these should be placed in the innermost slot near the lens after removing the lens hood for optimal performance.
