Manufacturer Contact Info

Norton 360 Premium 2026 is downloadable security software for up to 10 Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices, combining real-time malware protection, AI-powered scam guidance, and a VPN. It suits households or individuals who want one subscription for protection across multiple devices.

Recommended For

Families or shared households covering several Windows PCs, Macs, phones, and tablets: the 10-device plan bundles protection, VPN access, and scam tools across a mixed-device set.
Windows PC users who want antivirus protection plus bundled cloud copies of important files, such as documents and photos; the included Cloud Backup is not supported on Mac.
People who regularly receive unfamiliar links or suspicious texts and want an in-product assistant to help assess them before clicking.
People who use several devices on shared or public Wi-Fi and want a VPN included with their security suite for routine encrypted browsing.

Real-World Use Scenarios

A household with a mix of PCs, Macs, phones, and tablets can install protection across its devices under one subscription, helping cover everyday browsing and downloads against malware and other online threats.
When a user receives an unexpected text, email, or online offer, they can ask Norton’s Genie scam assistant to assess it before clicking a link or sharing information; it offers guidance, not a guarantee that every scam will be detected.
While using café, hotel, or airport Wi‑Fi, a user can turn on Norton VPN before browsing, shopping, or checking accounts; it encrypts the connection to help protect data sent over the public network.
A Windows user can back up important documents and photos to Norton Cloud Backup so they have another copy if files are lost because of a drive problem or ransomware; cloud backup is for Windows PCs, not Macs, in the supplied product details.
Parents setting up a child’s supported device can use Norton parental controls to supervise online activity and apply household rules; available controls differ by platform, so check the child’s device before relying on a specific feature.
