Troubleshooting steps:
1. The charger cannot work or the charger stops working:
- (1) The charging cable may be faulty, please replace the charging cable and try again.
- (2) The adapter may not be compatible, please replace the adapter and try again. We recommend using QC3.0/QC2.0 adapter or an adapter above 18W.
- (3) Supports charging with Mag-Safe case or without a mobile phone case. we recommend taking off the phone case when charging.
2. Smart watch charger does not work:
- (1) The watch part is only compatible with Apple Watch Series, and we have shown all compatible models in the product description and pictures, please check whether your watch is compatible.
