How many passwords and fingerprints can a smart door lock store?
Up to 100 fingerprints and 100 different passcodes.
Can I use the remote unlock feature to unlock it?
Yes, we have gateways. Once your door lock is connected to the gateway, you can unlock it via the mobile app.
What can I do when the battery of my Smart Lock dies?
If the battery dies, you can power it via the (USB+Type C port) on the bottom of the exterior lock or use a spare key to open the door.
How to pair the fingerprint door lock with the app?
Search and download and install "TuyaSmart" in the app market.Tum on the Bluetooth function cyour phone, open the Tuye app.and register a user After opening the APP, the devices to be added will be displayed. Click Add to add the device
What type of door is suitable for?
