(3) No matter which mode the motion chime is, when it plays voice/alarm/music, you can not forcibly switch off it or cut off power unless they finish completely and red light stops flashing, or all the settings will be reset.
(4) When there are false alarms, please check out whether there is interference aound the chime alarm, then try to change the installation place or adjust the detection angle.
(5) If chime alarm stops working after using period of time, please try to change new battery.

Installation Notes
How to mount the motion sensor chime alarm in right way
This motion sensor doorbell chime is indoor use and not weather-proof function, please mount it without exposing to water, snow, long-time direct sunshine etc. During the installation, put the chime alarm to the place that about 1.5-2.5M high from the ground, adjust the angle to let it detect as far/wide as possible.
Attention:
If the product does not accurately respond to movement,works sporadically;if the product make false alarm.Please re-install the motion sensor chime to adjust suitable angle avoid false alarm or change new battery to try.
