Door Compatibility Guide
- This door is only suitable for standard flat doors. Requires door thickness 0.82-2.0" and door frame gap >0.07".
- Important Note: Door Frame Gap > 0.07 inches refers to the minimum gap required between the door and frame after bracket installation. We recommend measuring with calipers before installation.
- Important Pre-Purchase Notice - Incompatible Door Types:
- Outward-opening doors (will prevent bracket securement)
- Sliding doors/screen doors/glass doors
- Doors with uneven edges (cannot achieve a tight seal)
Installation Steps
- Use 4 small screws to firmly secure the doorbell to the mount.?
- Install the provided thumb screw and rubber mat to ensure a stable fit.?
- Slide the mount onto the door, then slowly tighten the thumb screw until it is firmly in place.
- Fixed on the door & finished.
Note: When adjusting the thumb screws, rotate no more than 1/4 turn at a time. Test the door closure after each adjustment to ensure the bracket does not squeeze the door side and the door opens and closes smoothly.
