Before first use, please ensure the doorbell is fully charged. To save battery, this event-triggered device records only upon motion or button press. Please note that frequent Live View use may reduce battery lifespan.

Why is my doorbell not connecting to Wi-Fi?
Ensure you're using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5 GHz is not supported. If you're still unable to connect, move the doorbell closer to the router, as long distances or multiple walls may weaken the Wi-Fi signal and affect connection stability.

Delays in two-way audio or motion alerts are usually related to Wi-Fi signal strength or interference. Please check your Wi-Fi setup and refer to the Wi-Fi guidance on this product page for recommended settings and tips to improve the connection.
