AX99100 is a single-chip solution that can fully integrate the PCIe 2.0 Gen 1 endpoint controller and SerDes with various peripheral devices.
Such as two/four high-speed serial ports, one parallel port, an I2C master device, high-speed SPI, local bus (ISA-like) and GPIO.
It consists of four main configurations, such as 2S (PCIe to Dual Serial), 2S + 1P (PCIe to Dual Serial and Single Parallel).
2S + SPI (PCIe to dual serial and SPI) and LB (PCIe to local bus/ISA) - Like) are suitable for various types of applications.
AX99100 is packaged in a 68-pin QFN format and complies with the RoHS standard. It supports a commercial operating temperature range of 0 to 70°C and an industrial temperature range.
The range is from -40°C to 85°C.
