CONSTRUCTION: Die-cast aluminum with 20-gauge steel driver enclosure. Offered in a White or Black finish and sizes of 2 inches, 4 inches, or 6 inches. Features a 360-degree pivot hinge that permits the light source to be adjusted from 0 to 90 degrees perpendicular to the ceiling, suitable for accent lighting and sloped ceilings. INSTALLATION: This innovative design can be fitted in the shallowest ceiling depths with less than 2 inches of plenum space. A male-to-female quick connect locking cable joins the light engine to the driver enclosure. The driver enclosure contains 5 knockouts for a simple electrical connection. CUTOUT: The 2-inch size installs in a 2.75-inch cutout, the 4-inch size in a 4-inch cutout, and the 6-inch size in a 5.25-inch cutout, for ceiling thicknesses between 0.5 inches and 1.5 inches. Can be installed for remodeling or new construction; an optional frame-in kit for pre-wiring is sold separately (part # RER-FRAME). Retention clips secure the light engine in place. Universal input driver works with 120V, 220V, and 277V. DIMMING: Delivers smooth and continuous dimming with an electronic low voltage (ELV) or TRIAC dimmer.
