Depends on the board and case that ships to you.  The Proprietary AVGPC case that came with my Ryzen 5 5600g(t), has only 1 usbc on the I/O and none on the top, but has 2 usb and 1 usb 2.0 port on top.

For the Biostar B550 MXCPro V6.1 that came with mine, the USB connections are:

1 x USB 3.2 (Gen2) Type-C port (1 on rear I/O)
1 x USB 3.2 (Gen2) port (1 on rear I/O)
6 x USB 3.2 (Gen1) port (4 on rear I/Os and 2 via internal headers)
6 x USB 2.0 port (2 on rear I/Os and 4 via internal headers)

What are the specs, for example: 4070.3050.3060...etc?

The Ryzen 5 5600g is an APU (meaning it has integrated graphics).  It uses the Vega 7 graphics, with 512MB dedicated VRAM making it mostly suitable for modern low demand e-sports games and older less visually demanding games.  The description states you can update to a 4060 easily (I have found that this is due to the PCIE cable that comes prepared is a 12pin).   I have not manually checked to see if it also comes with 1x8 or 6+2 connectors, which if is indeed the case, would severely limit your options (if the psu doesn't include those pin connections or if AVGPC did not include those cables[if modular] with the build, as there were no loose cables included).
