The motherboard supports 10th Generation Intel Core processors out of the box, so you do not need to do a BIOS update specifically for 10th gen processors.

Does this motherboard include the WIFI & Bluetooth antenna?

Yes it does. I was wondering the same thing given that the pictures and specs don't show the contents of the box, but I just received it and can confirm it does.
