Can i install an optical drive in this?

Yes it holds a 5.25 drive. Also 3.5. The only issue i had with the case was my graphics card was to large to fit. But it is a larger graphics card. The front is just a cover that swings open which reveals the cd/dvd drives.

Would this case fit a MOBO that is 12.0" x 9.6" 12in by 9.6in right?

I believe so. I will double check when I get home and update it...this is a larger case, we had to replace a MICRO case that was a gift because LOL it was a micro case. this one fits a much larger mother board

is there a way to take out the tray the separates the 3.5 inch and 5.25 inch bays?

does it come with an power suppy? if so, can order it without one?

Will the corsair h100i or h100 cooler fit this case?

I don't really see any place to mount a double radiator, so you'd need a smaller cooler
