How fast is startup time? How long before Windows begins to load?

From button push to windows logo 14 sec. 2 more seconds and the wallpaper is up. To be complete, this is a single purpose machine to run Zwift. It has only the necessary hardware:.the CPU (I5-13600KF), an Nvidia 3070 graphics card, 16G of memory and a M.2 NVME SSD. There is almost no other software on the machine. So there is not a lot of other stuff to get running.

Does this Motherboard support Intel 13th gen processors without flashing the bios? Does it support Bios Flashback? I don't want to have to buy a 12th gen processor just so I can use a 13th gen processor on this board.

this has a 7.1 audio chip but no spdif output, just a stereo jack. how are you meant to utilize the 7.1?
