Is this motherboard compatible with the "Thermaltake TR2 TR-600 600W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply"?

I don't know a reason why it wouldn't work. I'm using a Thermaltake Toughpower Grand TPG-1200M 1200W ATX 12V v2.3 & EPS 12V v2.92 SLI Certified CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply without any issues. There's plenty of power to support the mobo with no problems. The only issue I could see you having is the number of powered devices you plan on connecting to the PS - drives, video cards, etc.

Question 2

does this support G3220 processor ? How is the bios ?

The G3220 socket type LGA 1150, so it'd fit in this motherboard.  The chart on BIOSTAR's webpage shows it in the compatibility chart.

The BIOS is fairly standard.  It's graphical, but essentially text-based.  It uses a number of acronyms that aren't defined in the help, so if you don't know what "VT-d" is "Check to enable VT-d function on MCH" probably won't explain much.  But if you don't know what it means, you probably shouldn't be messing with that part of the BIOS anyway.

Question 3

The USB always stays on, even if I switch the machine off. Is it the board or the case  ? I am using Xion XON-720P.

It's the board. I reused an Alienware case from '03 for my build, and I can charge stuff from the front ports even when the computer is completely off. The original board definitely did not have this capability.

Question 4

Hi, I am looking for the Fan(s) control in the Bios set up, any idea? I can find the CPU fan control but not the setup for sys_fan 1 and 2.

Question 5

Biostar's website only lists Windows 7 and 8 as compatible OSs for this board. I've got a copy of Vista 64bit that I'd like to use with this mobo. Has anybody tried it? I can't imagine why it wouldn't work.

I have only run Windows-7 on my Biostar B85S3+.  
     The Biostar CD does NOT have Vista drivers on it.  
It will be hard to find Vista drivers (SP2 was in 2009) for the 2013 Haswell chipset hardware.  Intel also makes motherboards, and does have some Vista driver for newer hardware.   
     Assume it will boot, but you probably will have to search for compatible Vista drivers using another computer and move them over with a thumb drive until you get the LAN to work.  
     Curious why you want to run Vista?    
     Mine is running Windows-7-Professional OEM on a cheap $85 download copy, not the $139 retail that comes with a DVD.

Why is the motherboard power only 4 pin and not 8 pin?

Most likely because it's cheaper.  An 8 pin connector is not necessary on boards that cannot be used for overclocking. The 4 pin connector can supply up to around 196 watts to the CPU which is much more than needed with any stock 1150 CPU.  There is no difference in performance or quality otherwise.

can i run 1333MHz ram in this until i buy 1600MHz?

as long as it is DDR3 I imagine it would work just fine. worst that would happen is that the computer won't start, in which case you'll have your answer. I say go ahead and try it. RAM is very cheap these days though. hopefully it won't take you too long to spring for the upgrade. happy computing!
