Does this motherboard support 13th gen?

Yes it does. I bought a 13600 for mine. Also, although I had a processor to install bios updates it is supposed to install updates without a cpu so you can upgrade it before you install the cpu, since it needs an update to support 13th gen.

Does this Mother Board support Blue Tooth?

Not without an additional purchase. You can buy a dongle or PCIE card that adds that functionality.
