Cons: None so far. It works right out of the box, no issues; looks good. I turned off the RGB lights in the bios because I don't like lights on the motherboard, though they do look nice! Very nice.

Overall Review: Board has a great look to it and a nice layout as well. No issues during build and the bios is a breeze. Very happy here!

Random restarts and died after a month 9/20/2019 6:05:43 PM

Pros: Worked great at first

Cons: Computer wouldn’t shut down entirely, the BIOS ended up corrupting when I had used their flashing tool with the LAN update inside of the BIOS it worked for a month after and then boot cycled

Overall Review: Ordered a new motherboard from MSI with no issues

• Unplug the ATX power, remove all components from mainboard.
• Clear the CMOS.
• Reseat the CPU and heatsink fan.
• Test with 1 x memory module, switching another memory if its same issue.
• Test with onboard video (CPU with iGPU or test with VGA card).
• Connect the monitor.
• Plug the 24 + 8 or 4 pins ATX power.
• Connect the chassis power switch to mainboard.

Pros: Outstanding layout on this motherboard, plenty of fan connections and the SATA ports are very accessible and well placed for cable management. The RGB lights are really nice and fully customizable in the bios or from the desktop after you install the program. With a little research was able to set up the UEFI and install Windows 10 from the USB drive. Really well thought out board.

Overall Review: Would definitely recommend this board to anyone looking to get an inexpensive but very functional board.

Pros: Fast Boot.

Cons: Computer has a solid red LED light when it wakes up from sleep. Specifically this is the POST status checker DRAM_LED light. Maybe this can be fixed with a bios update.

Other thoughts:
Maybe compared to other motherboards having one problem isn't so bad.

Overall Review: Decent motherboard. However it has a problem, see the con below.

Pros: Shipped Bios supports 9th Gen processors
2 pcie x4 m.2 slots
Plenty of SATA and 4 pin fan headers
Just the right amount of RGB lighting

Overall Review: Purchased this, 16gb of 3200 ddr4, and a 9400f CPU. I upgraded from an older socket 1150 board and 4th gen CPU. Am seeing much better speed and much better frames playing games.

As mentioned, this is a newer board that ships with a bios that will have no issues with 9th Gen cpu's. There is a newer bios from ASRock that you can update to which I did. For my tastes there is just the right amount of configurable RGB on board and have had no issues whatsoever.

If you are not looking to spend a lot but want to upgrade to a Z390 series board then this is a great way to go.
