EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 06G-P4-1996-KR 6GB HYBRID GAMING just wondering 9 reviews and cost more I understand it is a regrettable company but come on if I could test the 2 side by side I would but the cost of both would bankrupt me what is the difference between these 2 besides card size and manufacturer?

The difference between the evga version and msi. Is the Board on the card. The evga is the standard 980ti board. The MSI is a custom board with the idea of overclocking in mind. The Evga version while being the standard 980ti just water cooled can still over clock really well. The reason for the price difference though is because the MSI version is an overclocking Series made for people who want to overclock there card. Out of the box mine boosted way past the stated boost clock speed. Currently without any overclocking mine boost to 1505. Over clocked i have pushed mine to 1590 without any problems it can go further i just have not tested it.

How would this card compare to a MSI GTX 980ti Lightning?  I am torn between these two cards.  They are both relatively the same cost, so it really comes down to performance statistics.

Anyone have a measurement on the water cooling tubes? I am wondering if it will read to the front of the case. I have a Corsair Obsidian 750D .

At least 12' I didn't measure it prior to installing it, but from within my case it look like aprox. 12'.
