Absolutely! I'm running it with a ASUS ROG Strix B550-F which is PCI Express 4.0 and this card works great. This card has a 5.0 x16 interface which is backwards compatible, shouldn't give you any issue, just might come in with slightly less performance, but barely.

To try to keep this simple, this card is overclocked from the factory, but it's not what I'd call an aggressive overclock.  The reference design I think is 3130 MHz, this card is 3290 MHz, so it's not exactly a huge speed boost but it should be very stable.   There's not a "non overclocked" version of this same card, there's only thise 3290 MHz version.  I didn't get this card to OC it, I got it for a SFF build where I wanted low heat and power consumption so the way it came is perfect for me.  I know some people who are more into that aspect of things are getting better speeds out of it, but I haven't looked into it in any detail.
