Is the arrow on the 4 pin connector supposed to point @ the arrow on the 20 pin connector or the same direction?

I was going to give you a link to answer your question, but that's not allowed . google how to install power supply. to answer your question. 4 pin arrow pointing to the 20 pin and the 20 pin arrow is pointing to the 4 pin. this is the 20 pin > and < this is the 4 pin.

How load is it? Trying to build a whisper quiet rig.

Compared to other power supplies I've bought, I find it to be more on the quiet side. It's not completely silent, though, it has a very low winding sound.

Which pins are you asking about? There is one 6 pin pci express connector. and one 6 plus 2 pin if you need the second one.

Are the PCIE connectors on two separate cords or coupled on the same one?

If I remember correctly, they are on the same core cable set, but branch out from each other and can be split separately, but from the box, they are pretty close together.

It says that this is a ATX/BTX form factor so am I correct in assuming that it will fit properly in an both an ATX and a BTX form factor case?

Yes, I have an atx size case and it fits great. It's the average sized power supply you see in main stores. :)
