What is the size if the AMD quiet cooler?

The entire assembly fan and heat sink is two and three-quarter inches long by two and three-quarter inches wide by 1 1/2 inches tall. That is approximately 75 mm wide by 75 mm long by 34 mm tall It has a 70mm by 70mm fan.

Is this 65w or 95w? The AMD website says 65w, but Newegg says 95w.

According to my tests of total cpu wattage draw on my system, it goes as low as 45W and as high as 92 watts. So I guess 65 would be an average but it will pull at the AMD rated 95 watts when needed.

What is the max graphic resolution?

According to AMD the max resolution is 4096 x 2160. That however will vary with the gpu laod from each different game you are going to run. But it will work flawlessly playing hi-def videos and normal programs at full res.

does this product come with a heatsink like some of the other products?

Yes it does. It has the AMD Quiet Cooler.
