Yes, I have the exact part in the exact motherboard. You however would want to put it in M.2_2 which is located behind the long single bar heatsink at the bottom of the motherboard that covers 2 slots. In the owners manual, page 22 (1-10) you can see the layout. You're going for slot E on this page. This slot is Gen 4 and attached directly to the CPU. If you use the M.2_1 it will pull your GPU down to x8 lanes instead of x16.
