I have no idea. However, you can get that  info by going to G.Skill website. Click on the memory tab. There  is a section where you can enter your computer model and the correct RAM will be displayed.

I have a HP DV6-6b26us notebook. Will this RAM be compatible with my PC?

It would probably work....just might be running at 1866 or 1600. I would save the money and just get some good 1600 memory. I upgraded my 1600 memory to these 2133 and even though my new Sager laptop runs it at full speed, day to day use I can't tell a lick of difference.

Question 3

What are the SPD timings that are pre-programmed into these modules?  Do they have a 2133MHz timing in their SPD list?  I once purchased a set of Corsair Vengeance 1866Mhz sticks, and they would run at 1866MHz if you manually set it as such in BIOS but the only SPD timing they came pre-programmed with was 1333MHz.  My current laptop has a 5th-Gen i7 CPU (the i7 5500u) but my BIOS does not have a setting for specifying the RAM timing, so it needs to rely on whatever is pre-programmed into the chips.  Will it work at 2133MHz?

When I upgraded the sticks in my build (custom MSI GT70, Core i7 4930 MX) it automatically transitioned to the 1073.2MHz (2133) timings (11-11-11-31). But, if I recall the press release, these sticks were marketed using this laptop as a test case, so it may not transition smoothly across other builds, requiring some bios timing adjustments. You might need to pay for a custom bios build for your rig, which is usually fairly straightforward these days.

I believe so, but if your computer has this set of ram (8GB PC3-12800 DDR3L SDRAM 1600 MHz) then I would assume the memory in it is already pretty good considering its SDRAM. Just giving you a heads up that more GB doesn't always mean more performance. Other than that, looks compatible to me.

I would say yes. I base this on the fact the the laptop uses DDR3 ram, and can come with 16GB (unlikely if it was 240-pin ram). This set will fit in almost any laptop these days, but if you want to be sure, open up the laptop and check if the ram looks the same.

Yes, it will work. However, your CPU is going to limit the speed to it's maximum of 1866. So I would suggest looking for cheaper DDR3-1600/1866 if there is any. If there is no price difference, then get any DDR3, just be aware that you won't be getting speeds above 1866.
