installed on asrock x570. enable xmp profile and increase base voltage for dram to 1.4 (for best stability) It'll work. I am able to run cas 16 with slightly higher voltages 24/7 on this setup.

You need to enable XMP and make sure it's set to your desired speed in the BIOS.  Remember the speed is doubled as well.  DDR4 defaults to 2666 MHz (1333MHz x2) when XMP or other speeds are not specifically set.
