Question 1

What does enterprise mean? Can this just be used on a regular gaming PC as a hard drive?

Not "Enterprise"... "Enterprisel". I don't know what it means... I think its just the name of this particular model hard drive like "Ultrastar" is a model . That question better asked of the manufacturer than me. But I can tell you I have 4 in my MacPro... 1TB for Applications, two 3 TB and one 4TB for work.  I do not know if they work on a Windows machine... Im on a Mac.
I can tell you they have been very reliable and Ive had them 3 years. I didnt bother with the warranty because I was so satisfied with the first one I didnt feel it was necessary.

If you are a serious gamer, you might consider a solid state drive for your games drive.

Question 2

The title says this is a SATA drive, but the model number indicates it is a SAS drive. Is the title incorrect?

This is a SATA drive. I totally get the possible confusion, as this is available as SAS or SATA.  You can find the model # on this page

BTW - I coul dnot get these to be seen in a Synology NAS (not on the approved list) but work great otherwise.

Does this drive have a 3 or 5 year warranty?  This has been asked before several times yet under the warranty tab it still says 3 years.  Please, verify.

Item description says 5yr warranty, but warranty & returns info tab shows 3yr warranty; which one is correct?

I think if it said "5 years" ANYPLACE in the description they will be forced to have to replace it. within the 5 year warranty.   They will not be able to claim it is a "typo, not after multiple inquiries.
