Is this 20tb in raid configuration?

The default raid is RAID 0 which is high performance mode and will have 20 terabytes of usable space however you can switch it to raid 1 which is high reliability mode and it will have 10 TB of usable space but if one of the drives fail you still have all your data

Is this two 10TB drive or two 20TB drives?

The My Book Duo drive has a capacity of up to 20TB with a single cable. It can be reconfigured to RAID-1 for data mirroring, or used as two independent drives (JBOD). This suggests that the product contains two 10TB drives.

Does it support raid 10?
