This is a refurbished product, I want to exactly why and how did this product fall as a refurbished product. Can I buy this product and still have warranty, ¿?also what is the bad part that its called refurbished?

The information regarding why a particular hard drive was returned is not available. In my opinion, refurbished items are MORE reliable than new litems. I worked with manufacturers and witnessed that quality control only samples maybe 1 out if 100 or less. But refurbished items are thoroughly inspecteed and if necessary corrected. Many returned items are returned because of incompatibility issues, but still are thoroughly checked. My experience has been excellent with returns.

It "should"- check which PS3 you have. I haven't heard of a size limit.
